We are an group of alopecia sufferers who have united to support those living with our condition.
Canterbury
On Oct 21st we will hold a conference in Christchurch for anyone that has alopecia or their sufferers. We plan to have guest speakers, support sessions, kids fun zone and lots of chances for Alopecians to share, unity and support each other. Our ultimate goal is the foundation of a registered charity in New Zealand so that we can ensure all those existing and new sufferers are not alone.

I am involved as I have had Alopecia Universalis since I was 4 and for a long time I was alone and unsupported. I hope to ensure that any "alopecia" can contact others, get support and understanding from those that know our journey.
Use of funds
To help cover conference expenses (Hire, Speakers costs, Catering, publications and to assist in securing funds for future conferences).
