That's right, we're on the scrounge for anything we can get our hands on to auction off in an online auction to raise funds for the World Cup Team to get to India.

The auction is going to happen in November and we've already got a couple of items that are going to be of interest to someone out there we're sure...

Here's a shot of our NZ Blind Cricket Captain James Dunn with one of the auction items!

The rain wasn't working in our favor over the weekend of our last selection camp (23-25 September) and resulted in spending a fair bit of time training indoors... but that didn't mean the sessions were any easier.

17 prospects from around the country embarked on Auckland for another selection camp where the 3 selectors kept a close eye on what was going on... There was plenty of fitness as well as skill sessions to keep everyone busy,

Here's a shot of the players during a skills session at Dio School for Girls.

  • 2015 Development Squad

      15 August 2016

In 2015 we invited a development team to NZ for a development tour. This was the first time NZ had hosted an international side in almost 20 years - but it started a huge burst of activity for blind cricket in NZ!

We got to play at an international stadium - Cobham Oval - and grow the sport here in so many ways. We can't wait to see what the World Cup will bring!

  • 2010 Squad

      15 August 2016

Here's some photos from our squad who travelled to Australia in 2010! We got to take in some of the Sydney sites and you can even see our captain and vice we're constantly talking cricket - even off the field while others were enjoying the day.

There's even a snap of the Aussie physio kindly stepping in to take care of one of our players who injured his knee.... A matter of hours after his injury he was on a plane home.

This trip was self funded by our committed players
