  • OFFSHORE TRAINING SESSION BRINGS GREAT RESULT

      15 November 2016
    Main image

7 of our New Zealand BLINDCAPS travelled to Adelaide this past weekend for a training session and game with the Blind Cricket South Australia team.

It was a huge learning experience for the players who all came away with something new to bring home to those who were unable to travel. The BCSA players offer another level of intensity of Blind Cricket which is unfamiliar to many of our players and the experience of their coach, Amir Habib, who has been soacifuxally coaching blind cricket for 3 Years now has given some new perspectives of Blind Cricket training.

The players are also very pleased with themselves having won their game against the BCSA team - only the second time an NZ team (either club or other) has won against a foreign team!

Below is a photo of the winning 7 with 3 loan players from BCSA.
