Ofa Mai Ki Tonga, Give a little, Tsunami Relief Fund Raising!

On Saturday evening, a day that we'll never forget, an underwater volcano erupted and threw a 1.2- meter high Tsunami that ravaged the people of Tonga. Ash clouds smother the sky. Houses and crops have been destroyed. These are our families and friends, real people, who have been thrown into a desperate situation without homes and simple means of living.

The aim of this page is to raise money to ship over one or several 20ft containers and fill it with tents, food, medicine and anything else these people will need to ease their pain during this troubling time. With Covid-19 causing so much stress throughout our country, with jobs lost and our vulnerable communities in danger, we can all relate to the struggle the people of Tonga are going through right now.

If the needed cost for the shipping container is not acquired by the end of this fundraising, we'll use the available fund to ship what we can. This includes shipping over smaller wooden boxes of supplies (2 meters x 3 meters). And or partnering with other organizations who are organizing the logistics support to Tonga (Tongan Churches and Charities). And alternatively, we could also donate this fund to the Tongan Red Cross.

desperately needs it.
