Fundraising for the building of the Omakau Community Hub

The community has recognised the need in the Manuherekia Valleys area for a centralised community building to be located at the Omakau Domain, Omakau, to support local community groups. The Manuherekia Valleys Charitable Trust has been formed and is known in the local community as the "Omakau Hub Project". We are now in the fundraising phase of the Project and have several ways you can contribute to your local community hub project.

About us

Use of funds

Funds will be used towards building the hub (builders costs, materials, fees). We have secured funding of $1.7 and applying to raise the rest via Givealittle as well as 3 funding agencies. All funds raised via Givealittle will go towards the build even if we do not raise the full amount
