Operation Sugar is a REGISTERED CHARITY and in our first year of operation we have provided 137 cakes to amazing kiwi kids and their families :) We have 500 volunteer bakers and almost 200 photographers spreading joy NATIONWIDE!

About us

We have a large network of amateur & professional bakers on hand, donating their time, experience & resources to provide an amazing custom cake - which is not only full of yumminess but jam packed with love!

Our volunteer photographer attends the birthday celebration & captures special images for the family to cherish.
