Oskar's Journey

As many if you are aware Kate & Pickles have had their fair share of heartache & didn't need the evil Cancer to sneek into their world. Little Oskar who is almost 3.5years old, has been diagnosed with Precursor B acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Pre B-ALL). They have made the flight to the wonderful Ronald MacDonald house in Christchurch where they will be living for the next 6-8 weeks & Oskar will be receiving Chemotherapy treatment to fend off this nasty disease.

This tugs at all of our heart-strings - life can be so unfair! I know many of you will be feeling helpless & wanting to help this wonderful family in some way as they head into a Journey none of us wish upon anybody & their little ones. Pickles & Kate are putting their lives on hold to be there to support each other & their brave wee man, the last thing we want them to be having to worry about is the financial effect this will have.

So donate as little or as much as you wish, an little bit will be a help, even if its just keeping Kate in endless supply of long blacks or Pickles with hunting fishing magazines at his fingertips to read to Oskar the Brave!
