Otunuku family

The Otunuku family have lost their home and contents due to a house fire, the fire was discovered in the early hours on Saturday morning and they all escaped with only the clothes on their backs.

Fehoko, Ana, their three children along with Ana’s sister and son have lost everything. They purchased the house just two years ago and this is a devastating loss. Thankfully they do have insurance.

We would like to extend our thanks to the Fire, Ambulance and Police for their tireless efforts during this time. We would also like to thank the wider Oamaru community for their support, generosity and compassion.
