Our Little Fighter ❤️

My beautiful 6-month-old niece is currently at Starship Hospital in Auckland, with a rare liver condition and awaiting a life-saving liver transplant.

This is an incredibly difficult and uncertain time for our family. Her parents are having to stay by her side in Auckland while their precious 3-year-old is back home in the South Island. With no family support nearby, the emotional and practical challenges are enormous.

The family has been told to prepare for being away from home for a minimum of four months, and potentially much longer depending on the transplant process, recovery and ongoing care.

For now, they are taking everything one day at a time - hoping, praying and holding onto bringing their beautiful little girl home.
