Overdue university fees

I recently moved to New Zealand in order to start my tertiary education and had funds all planned out and ready but due to poor management from my end I miscalculated some of the funds and I am now in debt to the university. I have 3130,75 new Zealand dollars in arrear. As I have not been in the country for more than three years I am not eligible to receive any form of loan which makes it incredibly difficult to raise these funds. I'm just a girl who wants to learn and one day by grace venture into robotics engineering but held back by not having sufficient funding. I have attempted to search for part time work but it has all led to disappointment. I have received a deadline of the 26th of june and I'm just believing for a miracle.
