The CCU at Palmerston North Hospital provided excellent care to Graeme during his courageous battle with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. We thank them for their knowledge, expertise and kindness.

It is the families wish that in lieu of flowers, donations are made to fund a new lazyboy chair for the ward. May this benefit future patients who are in their care.
