    Hello Everyone,

    We hope you had al lovely Easter Break!

    Our amazing supporters the Bennett Family have started the ball rolling for our Amazing April Fundraiser -- a raffle for some pretty sweet treats and giveaways that's sure to have a little bit of something for everyone. Do watch this space - tickets will be selling very soon!

    Also, we will be holding sausage sizzles at Pak N Save Glenfield on April 16, May 7 and 8. Come along for some yummy sausages or if you would like to help - we would never say no!!

    We have 13 weeks to go til the big event -- so exciting!!

  • Exciting news!

    Hi Everyone!

    We just received very exciting news !

    Hopefully this pushes through - that would be a HUGE boost to our fundraising!

    Currently we have raised enough funds for the flights -- now just need to cover the Conference cost of USD 1185 and incidentals like passports (we're excited to apply for our Kiwi passports!!!), transfers and hotel accommodation.

    It's so heartening to see the great initiatives of the Migrante Community Trust. We're so happy to have been asked to participate in this affair that links migrants with services and provides free clothes from the NZ Clothing Company. Mabuhay!

  • Filipino Foodie Friday Lunches Launched

    (How's that for alliteration? Lol lol lol)

    We just launched our Filipino foodie Friday lunches yesterday at Melissa's office compound. Thank you for all your orders! We hope you enjoyed Jaime's family recipe of Kaldereta. Next week on the menu: Chicken Adobo - an all time favourite in our household and some would say the Philippine's National dish. We're so excited to share our food and culture with you....all for a great cause.
