Levi is now back home with all his family as sadly there is nothing more then hospitals can do for him. He and his family are busy making memories, meeting action heroes, having a Christmas party, a few days away in a donated Bach and spending time together. Katie is blown away by all the donations made and could never thank everyone enough. We all continue to send the Kohiti family love and support ❤️❤️
As some of you already know, the news isn't good. Levi's organ's haven't responded at all to chemotherapy. We are coming home tomorrow so we can make his last days happy ones. We are hoping to head away for family holiday ( thinking Taupo or rotatrua ) so he can be with Jason family with make a wish ( can't go to oz as his little body won't get insurance). But happy to catch up with all his friends when he is up to it
So sad to hear to the news is not better. Anything we can do to assist please let us know. Safe travels. Make the most of it together as a family. You are in our thoughts and hearts. Big hug from us all, Kia kaha.
So news isn't good, we are good to be staying at Ronald McDonald house from Sunday as out patients but Levi leukemia is still too far into his body. We haven't given up hope, but now down to 5% chance, but we won't know that until day 29. And we aren't giving up. Thank you for all your words of support. Means the world to us
Been a rollercoaster of a week. The new drug has started. We got bad news on Friday that if levi’s blood count doesn't change, things aren't looking good. So fingers crossed for Friday - we should know more then...thanks for everyone support - means the world
All our love to you all Katie, and a specially huge hugs to you and your brave wee man

I’ve had an update from Katie, following CT scans it’s found that the leukemia has spread to him lymph nodes and is also affecting Levi’s heart, things have just got harder 😪 But Levi is still fighting ❤️❤️
First day of big drugs. Smashed it, I am loving reading everyone wishes, my WiFi isn't strong enough to reply to everyone, but your words of love are just what I need, so thank you all
Kia Ora everyone, I’ve had a message from Katie
“Morning my friends, I can feel the love of so many people I'm just floored. Speechless at all the help, support and donations. We had a Bone marrow test yesterday with the first lot of chemotherapy, we are waiting for result later this afternoon. Levi had a ruff night with high fevers, but he seems OK this morning. All going well I will put photos up on fb with our journey. Thanks is not enough but thanks 🙏”
Hey Katie - thanks for the update. Levi, yourself and your whole family are never far from my thoughts. I am sending you so much strength to help you through this very difficult time. I know I am many many miles away but if there is anything I can do, please just ask. All our love from Perth - Kirsten and family x
