    Hello and sincere apologies for this very over due update.

    Unfortunately, Lhasa is still in New Caledonia. Due to the Covid pandemic and border closures there are are no flights to or from New Caledonia-New Zealand. Furthermore flights are unlikely to resume this year. All money that has been donated via this page sits in a secure account and will only be used once international flights resume to assist in transporting Lhasa back to New Zealand and quarantine expenses. I continue to pay for her vet bills (vaccination and flea and worm treatments) with my own funds.

    Dear Dog Lovers

    Thank you so very much to all the kind people that have donated to Lhasa's cause, especially people I don't even know! It's very much appreciated.

    Lhasa is still in New Caledonia and still chained-I have had very limited updates from her foster carer but I trust that she is being looked after. I am still trying to gather enough funds to bring her home. My target is Aug/Sept this year. I thank you for your continued support
