Bia had a successful hip surgery and spay in Whakatane and she is resting and recovering at home!!! Thank you so much for all your support for this very brave girlie! We could not have done it without your help!

Bia surgery was postponed from today to TUESDAY, and she will also have a spay while she is being sedated for the hip surgery! She is doing amazing, and we can't wait to see this girl recovering!
Thank you so much for your support for Bia! We’re incredibly grateful for the amazing community response to help this sweet pup. Bia is currently at JDC, eating well, coming out of her shell, and even socializing with her canine friends. She’s regaining her confidence as we work on building her strength for the upcoming surgery. She’ll meet her surgeon on Tuesday, when we’ll get more detailed X-rays of her hip injury and specifics about the procedure. We’re determined to save her leg and will do everything possible to make that happen.
