Please help give me time with my Dad (My best friend)!

So unfortunately my dad was diagnosed with liver cancer about two months ago. My dad is a pensioner and living in council flats In New Lynn, and barely scrapping by week to week on the minimal money he was getting from WINZ.

Unfortunately we have had to put my dad into a Lifecare hospital/ resthome facility- but as well as all of his pension going to that place he also has outstanding bills to pay. For example the Lifecare place didn't start deducting his pension for 2 week- now we owe them $900 and also we have to get a power of attorney that costs $900. He also has an outstanding loan of $700.

I’m also so concerned about funeral costs as these are minimum of $5000!

My dad is also my best friend , and I’m a single mum of two beautiful daughters that works full time and would love to be able to afford to have a few weeks off and just be with my dad in this time, but it's breaking my heart knowing that I can’t afford to do that! My rent just increased to $760 per week and it’s crippling me.

I would appreciate any help what so ever, I just want to be able to be there as much as I can with my daddy x
