Please help Marvin

    Hi guys just thought I'd update you all on how Marvin has been getting on.

    I have been taking Marvin out for walks on a harness every day with our other cat Jetta. Marvin loves going out and has been adapting to he 3 legged life well. We are still waiting for his hair to grow back which seems to be taking a lot of time.

    Thank you once again to all that helped or contributed in some way

      This is good news. Well done Marvin and it is great to see you being a lively tripod. I am so glad they are going for walks - this is fantastic.

      Doesn't it seem to take forever for fur to grow back? Our Peanut's fur took forever after her spay surgery (going back years and years!)

  • Marvin's stitches have come out

    Marvin had his stitches removed today. He immediately took a scab off one area of the wound, so we have affixed a plaster over that area to detur him from licking it excessively. I'm amazed how long its stayed on to be honest and we have informed him that we will be using the dreaded cone again if needed.

    Marvin had a rough time on his antibiotics with upset tummy and guts but hes doing so very well now that hes finished those.

    Hes moving about with relative ease, it's interesting to watch him learn where/how he needs to position himself when he wants to get on the couch or bed, he has also been catching up on grooming himself.

    We are so very proud of him!

    Thanks again to everyone who has contributed to help him and us, we will be forever grateful

    Just wanting to update you all on Marvin's progress. He is now back home resting, hes eaten some food and has used his tray since getting home. Marvin is currently snoozing away peacefully in the lounge.

    I'd like to thank everyone who has read, shared or contributed to this give a little page, it really means the world to us, thank you all very much. I will be sure to update you all again very soon
