Please help me be a better me

I'm in a wheelchair since I broke parts in my spine and am half paralyzed I am a single mum to girls with disabilities and just need help with..

Some other information that has been asked:

So I have irritable bowel,liver and kidneys that have trouble working sometimes, I have bad diabetes that isn't being able to be controlled when body isn't well also I get a lot of bladder infection from the uncontrollable toileting. All of this puts me in hospital a lot and on a huge amount of medicine tablet and injections all through our the day and night.

I have struggled and fought acc and other companies and have run out of help...

So this is to upgrade from Manuel wheelchair to motor so I get my independence as I can't wheel myself on all surfaces.

I also need to buy pads and stuff which aren't government funded as I little to no control of my toileting .

I'm happy to answer any questions show any Proff of needed .
