Update: The doctors informed us today that they don’t know if my sister will make it to the end of next week. They are urging family to come say their goodbyes.
My younger sister, Ronica Jansen who is living in South Africa, has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer.
The cancer is in her uterus, ovaries, blood cells, intestines, colon, both lungs and bone marrow.
This is devastating news to our family as Ronica is only 35 years old.
The Oncologist said that there is no cure for her cancer, but they will try chemo treatment to see if it makes any difference. The Oncologist said that Ronica has months or maybe a year left as the cancer is terminal, but they will keep fighting to the end and we are praying for a miracle.
I would love to see my sister again before she passes away, but due to our financial circumstances, I don’t have the funds to buy a ticket to go and see her. I have tried to apply for a loan, but unfortunately were unsuccessful.
I am asking for help. This is one of the hardest things that I am doing in asking for any donation or contribution towards my plane ticket. If you can find it in your heart to help, I would appreciate it so much.
May God bless you!
