Please help me to replace my burnt out Rover

I run a work project to help those challenged by employment, our voluntary work is with Hautapu River Park project in Taihape helping to create pathways, helping to construct the 5 swing-bridges, doing pest animal and pest plant eradication... yesterday Sunday 1st November I left the Taihape Library heading to the Taihape Golf Club to give a short talk about my work project at their Charity Golf Tournament when I smelt smoke, pulled over and very quickly the car dash started up in flames, I called 111 (irony is I'm a member of the Taihape Volunteer Fire Brigade) unfortunately nothing could be done to save my Rover... I thought my insurance was $8k but they raised my premiums each year and dropped the value to $3,500.... what I seek is $10,000 to replace my Rover so I can continue my work project... 3yrs work project has seen 27 people engaged and 10 of those have gone on to full time work... many thanks for your consideration.... if the full amount is not raised I intend to use funds that have been raised to purchase a lower quality Rover
