Please help my beautiful Grandma who had her independence (car) stolen from her.
Nelson / Tasman
I would like to say thank you so much to the person who thought stealing my 70 something year old Grandma's car was a great idea, yeah it may be an older car from the 90s, but it gave my gran her own independence and a getaway from home when she wanted some time out to herself.
You walked all the way up a private driveway and stole it right under our noses and took advantage of a stormy night.Absolutely disgusting.
My Gran asked my partner if we could find her a push bike to get around on, this is not happening as her knees struggle to function and the roads are becoming much to dangerous for a more mature lady like her.
My Grand would do anything and everything for someone if they needed help, even if she was struggling herself she would put that person first.
My Gran has a lot of pride and would not ask anyone but a few family members (the ones she has left) for help, so I'm putting this post out there (with her knowledge) to anyone who could please even a small amount donate a little something to her so she can save up for a new vehicle. She would appreciate anything and everything, and if she knew your address she would write you a hand written thank you letter that's how much of a beautiful Grandma she is.
Thank you for your time.
This wonderful lady is my Grandma in law.
My Gran will purchase a new vehicle or put the money into saving a vehicle if there is not enough if there were to be excess money should would probably buy some food as she is not well off and does not own any assets now.
