PLEASE HELP CEASER 4mth old neo mastiff get urgent eye surgery

Hi everyone meet ceaser 😍. I am trying to raise funds for a very close friend of mine, who is the most kind, generous person I no. Her beautiful pure breed 4 month old neopolian mastiff who needs urgent surgery on both of his eyes. As you can imagine the cost for surgery like this is extremely expensive. His surgery is going to cost $2500 to $3000 to fix whats called cherry eye. Ceaser is a loved and adored family member from the day the picked him up and now has developed what's called cherry eye. So both his bottom eyelids have swollen and causes like a bubble that gets bigger and will cause him to not be able to see and discomfort. Just in the last couple days his other eye has done it also, as it had started in one eye which had started getting bigger then boom this week the other started as well. This causes him to be be off balance and walks into walls beds ect as its affecting his sight already and is heart breaking to watch him bang into things fall over and just be generally unsteady as he's a big boy for 4mths old. So he's been back and forward to vets trying different things and to be told a couple weeks ago surgery's the only option. The vets won't do a payment plan even with a $1000 deposit or more which can be doable if a payment plan was a option with a large deposit to be able to get his surgery. She has tried to get a loan but due to already having a loan and living expenses being high she is unable to have that option right now and is now at the point of selling her family car just to get his surgery done before he can't see at all. So I am asking all the animal lovers out there if they could if possible donate anything at all to help get this beautiful boys surgery. U can see his eyes in the picture they are red and bulging they need attention urgently. Personally I think its cruel that there's no payment options for something this serious as its inhuman to just jeace him till someone gets $3000 together. Every little cent will help get the surgery he needs and we will keep informing everyone how he's going and put pictures up of his journey and anything anyone would like to no feel free ti ask so you no this boy is genuinely getting the op he so desperately needs thank u all so much for taking the time to help Ceaser Xx
