Please help support our beautiful friend Jan during her battle with breast cancer. She's got a tough road ahead and needs your help xx

Our beautiful friend Jan has been diagnosed with an aggressive type of breast cancer. She first noticed an unusual lump in her breast, and after a mammogram, ultrasound and biopsy it was discovered that she has breast cancer.

She underwent surgery to remove the large lump, and had a biopsy of her lymph nodes at the same time. Later the same evening, after complications, she underwent a second surgery.

The results of the biopsy were not what any of us were hoping for, and she is now booked in for a mastectomy. Health wise, she has fought battles before, having had major back surgery and thyroid cancer. This, by far, is her toughest battle yet.

Jan is absolutely adored by her family and friends, she is a beautiful person inside and out, and would give you the shirt off her back if you asked for it.

Her time off work is going to be much longer than she ever expected. Please donate to help ease the financial burden and let her focus on winning this battle. We are so grateful for any amount. Much love xx

Great news! 13 November 2025

The mastectomy was successful, and Janny is recovering well. The good news is that she is now cancer free, however, the journey is not over yet. She has to have a course of radiation therapy, and a few more tests to ensure there is no more cancer anywhere else. But so far, the news is good and we are eternally grateful!! A huge thanks again to you all, Janny is looking at going back to work after Christmas, your generosity has allowed her to take time off to heal and she is absolutely humbled by all the support. The page will be left open till end of November, if you would still like to donate it would be greatly appreciated, the journey isn't quite over yet, but things are looking good :)
