Please help us to keep our little girl in New Zealand

We are a family of 4 that moved to New Zealand from South Africa during 2014. We are currently on a Work Visa in New Zealand.Our youngest daughter's South African passport is expiring during August 2018 which means that Immigration New Zealand has only approved her Student Visa until the 18th of July 2018. As soon as we receive a new valid passport her visa will be extended. We applied for her South African passport thru the South African High Commission at beginning of October 2017.We were informed that it takes 6months to get a passport from South Africa.It is now 8months and we still don't have a new valid passport for her.South Africa are now saying they have never received an application for her.This is where our problems starts. For our baby girl to stay in New Zealand with us we need a passport by the 18th of July.The only way we can get this at such short notice is to fly to South Africa and apply from there for a new one. Both parents have to be present to apply for her passport. So we need funding for air fare to get us to South Africa and back to New Zealand once we have her passport. Please help us keep our baby with us in New Zealand.New Zealand is our home!
