Please help us support the living costs of Eric's wife and children

Waikato

It is with a heavy heart that we reach out to you for support during this difficult time. Eric Adjei Baah, a beloved member of both the Ghanaian and broader African communities, suddenly passed away earlier this week. Eric was in the final stages of completing his PhD studies at the University of Waikato and was an integral part of our cultural circle.

Eric was a devoted husband and a nurturing father to three children, all of whom shared a loving home with him in Hamilton. His sudden departure has left his family grappling not only with emotional turmoil but also with unexpected financial burdens, particularly the living expenses of the wife and three young children.

In honour of Eric's memory and in support of his grieving family, we have initiated this fundraising effort to alleviate the financial strain they are facing during this trying time. Your contribution, no matter the amount, will be immensely appreciated and will go directly toward covering the living of the wife and children.

Benedicta (Eric's wife) and the family would be deeply grateful for any assistance you can provide. Your generosity and kindness during this challenging period would provide solace and much-needed support to help Eric's family navigate this unforeseen and distressing situation.

Please consider contributing to this cause and helping us honour Eric's memory by easing the financial burdens on his loved ones.

Use of funds

The money would be spent on the living costs for the wife and children of Eric as he was a major financial contributor to the family.

Heartfelt Gratitude for Your Support During Our Difficult Time  30 January 2024

Dear Friends, Family, and Well-Wishers,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing with immense gratitude and warm hearts to express our deepest appreciation for the overwhelming support we received during the challenging period following the loss of our beloved husband and father.

Your generosity, kindness, and compassion have been a beacon of light in our darkest moments. We want to extend our sincere thanks to all those who supported us during our time of need.

To those who contributed financially, your generosity provided a sense of security and comfort knowing that we have a community that cares.

To those who took the time to visit, your presence was a source of solace and comfort. Your willingness to share our burden and offer a shoulder to lean on meant the world to us. Your empathy and compassion reminded us that we are not alone in this journey.

Lastly, to those who supported us with prayers, your spiritual encouragement has been a source of strength. Knowing that there were so many kind souls keeping us in their thoughts and prayers provided us with a sense of hope and resilience.

As we navigate through this challenging chapter, we hold onto the memories of the kindness we have experienced. Once again, from the depths of our hearts, thank you. Your kindness has touched us in ways words cannot fully express.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Benedicta and Family
