Primary Playground appeal
Horizon Schools Playground and Pump Track Appeal
Snells Beach, Auckland
We have just had both our playgrounds assessed and we have lots of work to do now! As well as being an eye sore, we are concerned they could be a health and safety risk if we don't take action.
We need your help. Please contribute what you can to bring the tamariki plans for a new playground to life.
Our junior primary playground has come to the end of it's life and so we will make an immediate investment in a new one - with a view to updating the senior primary playground as funds allow.
We have so much work to do to ensure that our outdoor spaces live up the wonderful level of quality and care that students epperience in our classrooms.
Our wish list is a junior playground which has equipment suitable for students in years 1 - 6 and a pump track to be used by students across the school.

Use of funds
A brand new playground for all students in the primary school - to be located next to the school field. (this will leave space where the junior primary playground is - with our next project being to bring a pump track to Horizon school)

Auction Evening 30 October 2023
We have already received $13,500 from contributions to our super successful auction evening. With some payments still to be made - thank you again for the support of this evening. The donations, bidding and attendance mean we are on our way towards our target!
