    Thankyou for your ongoing support!

We now have 1000 pamphlets ready for mailbox drops around Te Kamo about the Protect Onoke kaupapa. Expect this in your letterbox soon!

    Environment Court Appeal

The details and remedy sought for the appeal has been lodged with the Environment Court and mediation will be booked for late April or early May 2024. Of the long term protection of Onoke can not be found via mediation, a full hearing may be required later in 2024.

We mihi to Chantez Connor-Kingi who is leading our our appeal and welcome any who would like to support this very technical work.

Engaging legal representation has been a challenge due to the short notice, we have had 10 review our needs and decline purely because they are booked out for the bulk of 2024. We continue to meet with legal counsel in the hope to confirm representation as soon as possible.

    Nga mihi!
