    Today I talked to Aunty Elaine about what I was planning to do because this is about them, and about my cousin Pauline and to all my family. It's in memory of family and friends who understand how invasive this disease can be. Family is a hugely important part of who I am and all my love goes to them, now and always. Thank you to Aunty and to my whanau up North and in Australia and friends all over the globe who have expressed their support.

    Reveal day. I had to ask my family what they thought of the idea before I let people in on what I was planning. And they've all given me a ""holy crap, okay!"" thumbs up. So with my family behind me (and what else do you need) I've created this page (solicited my first donations) and will announce on my FB my plan! Exciting!!
