Any and all support helps us make a difference, helps us educate our youth and helps families better deal with & understand the affliction.
Waikato
My name is Jason Connor, I'm a downhill mountain biker form Cambridge New Zealand and I have been promoting and supporting the team at the Keep A Breast Foundation for several years.
My goal is to help other families and individuals deal with the affliction of breast cancer and or avoid it with the support of the Keep a Breast Foundations educational material and projects.
Unfortunately the World Champs for my sport were cancelled this year. As a result of this I have created a this project that will allow me to do something on an international level whilst doing something good for the community.
I am aiming to set the world record for the longest distance covered by bicycle on a pump track without stopping or peddling.
The record event will take place on the 11th of October 2020 at the Cambridge Pump Track - event starts at 11am with the record attempt beginning at 1pm.
There will be entertainment on the day and ways for you to support the cause.
I raise awareness and funds for the Keep A Breast Foundation here in New Zealand and provide their education on breast cancer prevention material to the youth of my sport and greater community.
The funds will be used on promotional and educational material for Keep a Breast here in New Zealand to continue our efforts with the youth of our community and allow us to educate more people on prevention.
