Purposeful Work Ltd is New Zealand’s #1st ethical recruitment company.

We specialise in connecting people with purposeful organisations.

We aim to support Not for Profits, NGO’s, Associations, social enterprises, government agencies and organisations that give back in purposeful, impactful, and meaningful ways.

Co-founders of Purposeful Work have worked in both the corporate and not for profit sectors and see the need for an affordable and ethical recruitment agency that has a positive impact on in the charitable sector in NZ.

We connect likeminded people with organisations that make a positive impact on the community and the environment.

10% of our annual net profit is gifted back to our charitable clients via annual donations, creating a cycle of giving.

Use of funds

We are looking to source funding to assist with our start-up costs such as our website, marketing & technology, we are looking to raise $5000, if we do not meet out target the we will spend the money on marketing.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
