Top surgery fund

Kia ora, my name is Rakau. I'm 26, disabled, takatāpui and neurodivergent.

This is for my top surgery fund. I am in the process of consulting with a private surgeon/doctor that does surgeries specific to chest reconstruction surgery/gender affirming surgery

I've thought about this for years, but have only just stayed firm in my decision to make this change to my tinana and I think it would be gender affirming care for me. Unfortunately, I don't have the funds to get top surgery and my BMI needs to be lower in order to get top surgery done.
