We are wanting to help Rhonda and her family get the best treatment to beat this cancer.
Waikato
In 2018 Rhonda was diagnosed with breast cancer after going to see her doctor about a sore rib. She went through surgery five days after her diagnosis and then onto a five month course of chemo and then a daily five weeks of radiation, all whilst trying to take care of her two girls (Chloe, 6 months old and Lola 7 years old).
She has turned to many integrative treatments - including ozone therapy, HOCATT, IVC, CBD, infrared sauna and diet (organic etc) and to this day fills her body with all the nutrients and vitamins needed, avoiding anything that could be toxic or help the cancer in anyway.
Sadly this month, Rhonda was told her cancer had returned and had spread, as doctors had found a spot on her lung that is growing at a rapid pace. Rhonda and her family continue to stay positive as they plan for further treatment. The cost of this and other specialist appointments adds up and has put pressure on Rhonda and her husband while they continue to raise their young family.
An idea on costs -
Immunotherapy $10,000.00 per treatment (many are required)
Integrative infusions $1,500.00 per week
Supplements and non-funded medications $1,500.00 per week
Specialists and Wellness providers $500-$2,000.00 per week
Rhonda is a loving mother, wife, sister and daughter, as well as a caring friend. If you could find it in your heart (and in your pocket) to assist Rhonda and her family on this journey it would be much appreciated.
Friends and ex work colleagues. Both of us (Renee and Richard) worked along side Rhonda for many years, Richard being her director and Renee being her assistant.
Assisting with the costs of urgent treatments and medications. These being - Immunotherapy, a number of different infusions through integrative clinics, and supplements.
Thanks everyone, treatment has started. 22 July 2020
Lots has happened in the last couple of weeks, I had a visit to Dr Mike Godfrey in Tauranga to get further insights into my health. He has instructed me to have my root canal removed due to toxins released into the body.
This week I have started immunotherapy and chemotherapy. (Photo is myself and Chloe at the Integrative clinic having a R-ALA infusion). Next week I’ll be back to having Vitamin-C infusions also.
The Chiefs also wore pink arm bands on the weekend to show support for my cancer fight.
I thank you all for your continued support, lots of love.
