Hi all!
I never thought I would be on the other side of the fence, but life can be so fragile at any given time .
I recently was diagnosed with an on- going blood disorder, as a result of side effects arising from past chemotherapy for Lymphoma cancer.
As a result, I am devasted to learn that I am now unable to work full-time in any capacity moving ahead.
Compounding issues further, the Bodycorp complex I live in and own my own home in, has recently discovered to have random leaks in the units and completely rustered over guttering that has to be fully replaced in all units to comply with the legal building requirements of the complex.
Accordingly each owner has been issued with a $15,000 levy to be paid in full over three monthly installments from the end of January.
I am now in a position where I am very reluctantly having to reach out to you for any financial support you are able to give me. I would be completely overwhelmed
with gratitude of any assistance forthcoming.
The future security and stability of owning my own home is now potentially on it's knees.
