💔 Help Our Whānau Rebuild After a Devastating Glenfield House Fire

Friday 28 August 2026 our oldest sister and her whānau experienced a devastating house fire at their family home in Glenfield, North Shore

Purchased just over a year ago, this was a joint family home shared by 7 adults and children aged 1–17. More than a house, it was where our whānau gathered for birthdays, celebrations, family meetings and special moments — a place filled with love, laughter and memories.

Our sister, her husband and their family have always put whānau first, opening their doors and helping others whenever they could.

Now, they are the ones who need our support.

Thankfully, the family has somewhere to stay and their immediate essentials are being taken care of. However, they have lost so much clothing, personal belongings, work tools and machinery, household items and treasured possessions.

We are asking our friends, whānau and community to support them as they begin the long journey of rebuilding their home and lives.
