In the early hours of march 14, Old macs office caught fire and took a large portion of independent guides sheds with it, losing kayaks, gear, tools and the ability to opperate . Being a small family run company we dont have the funds (or tools now) to rebuild. Anyone that knows Mitch knows that hes always happy to help. We would realy appreciate any help we Can get at this time and hopefully we can be up and running again by next season.

Use of funds

The money will be used to build a new kayak shed and buy new gear and tools as we have lost all but a few kayaks. Any spare will be used to help old macs if need be or go back into the business or community.

Base re build  15 April 2021

A massive thanks to everyone who donated. It was a rough season for small buissnes owners everywhere. The lack of tourism took its toll but were still here.

Thanks again to everyone that pitched in and we hope to see you in the south for a paddle some time
