Rebuilding my parents life

My parents have been living in a tent for the past three years from cyclone Asa. The whole community had to relocate from result of a land splitting and are awaiting the government promises to rebuild there homes, but nothing has been done to this day from the government. After a recent visit returning home being away for 9 years I was was shocked to see the conditions my parents are living in. My dad mental and physical health has detrioated in a short period of time and can no longer walk. I can't see my parents live this way any longer and I have dropped everything here In nz and I am returning home to build them a home. Any donation given would be much appreciated from big or small
