Our dear Papa John Sydney Viggo Rasmussen passed away peacefully on 3rd August 2023.
John was the beloved son of Peggy Munro and Viggo Rasmussen (Pokoati). Brother to Mata, Kath, Finley, Margaret, George, Rodney, Anna, Tangi and David. Father to Jennifer, Jason, Kim, Leilani and Leah. Proud Grandfather to Abigail, Brook, Ethan and Logan. He was uncle to many nieces and nephews and cherished by his friends.
This page has been set up for friends, family and loved ones who wish to give a koha to the bereaved family, and will assist the family financially with the funeral service and associated costs.
A service to celebrate John's life is being held on Friday 11th August at 10.00am at:
Cornwall Manor, corner Knights Road and Cornwall Street, Lower Hutt, Wellington
