Replant a West Auckland floodplain that flooded 40 homes

    Last Monday night, we planted the last remaining donated seedlings with forty Oratia Air Scouts and Cubs and their parents. We planted hundreds more in the floodplain a week before with local volunteers. A month earlier, and we first planted your seedlings with Westpac bank besides the Oratia Bowling Club. Thanks to your donations and the volunteers time, we will be getting $10,000 worth of fencing! Thank you so much for your generosity. We look forward to the next planting around April next year.

  • 1,460 seedlings donated, only 640 to go!

    Wow. We didn't expect to be donated $2,190 so quickly. Thank you for your awesome support in making this project happen. If we can get 640 more seedlings, we will get those 100 bank volunteers to plant them. Please share the fundraiser with friends and family living in West Auckland.
