Reuben John Alexander, on Saturday, 24th January 2026, passed unexpectedly after a very short illness at Christchurch Hospital; Aged 29 years old. Dearly loved son of Ingrid and Richard, and stepson of Mark and Penny. Much-loved brother and brother-in-law of Leo and Sam, Isaac and Kirsten, Jacob and Lana, and Erika. Loved Grandson of the late Leo and Jeanne de Rooy, Gavin and the late Diane Aston, Lynn and the late David Lyndon. A dearly loved nephew, cousin, uncle and friend to many.

This page is for anyone who wishes to donate to the family to help Ingrid fund a trip to Holland with Reuben's ashes to visit his family's homeland, which he never got the opportunity to see. Some of his ashes will be spread in his mother's hometown.
