ROAD TO UTMB
JOIN THE JOURNEY TO THE UTMB STARTLINE!!

After Tarawera Ultra Marathon 100mile in February this year and finishing 6th, I have the amazing opportunity to compete on the world stage at UTMB in France as an Elite via their second chance list. A bucket list event that will be an experience of a life time. But the reality of just being a part time athlete and the Event costing about 10k to turn up on the day, I was going to need a huge helping hand financially! I have already been so humbled by the generosity and support so far but I'm still a wee way off getting on that metal bird come August!
So July 1st, 9am. I will set off on a 24hr Challenge, Taking on 24 Trails from our well known @wildthings directory and completing these in 24hrs, Totaling 170km & 4289 Vert! With the added Challenge of 6hrs driving!!!
By creating this fun challenge we have the opportunity to give the already generous sponsors the recognition they deserve and give others the opportunity to support us along the way
Any support is greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten! But please don't feel obligated as I know how expensive life has become!

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt appreciation to each and every one of you who have contributed to a dream of standing on the UTMB start line. Your support and belief in me have been nothing short of incredible, and I'm humbled by the overwhelming generosity you have shown.
Your donations have not only provided me with the financial means to participate in this extraordinary race but have also fueled my motivation and determination to give it my all.
Every dollar you contributed is a testament to the power of community and the impact of collective support.
