Pasadena Intermediate School strives to ‘nurture personal excellence’ and we pride ourselves on providing an innovative and holistic education. In our Flexible Learning Environments, students learn, grow and develop socially, intellectually and culturally. Having modern furniture as well as access to digital devices and tools is becoming a necessity so that all students can engage as active participants in their learning. Pasadena offers a range of enrichment programmes such as Robotics, Virtual Reality Game Development, Science, Pasifika, Visual Arts, Drone programming and more. The students love the different opportunities provided, however, they require additional staffing and funding. Now that our building project is complete, we are very lucky to have 8 brand-new classrooms as well as a Library that requires new furniture.

Pasadena Intermediate is holding a ‘Fundraising Fiesta’ on Friday 3rd November 2023 and will involve a sponsored quiz with a mixture of ‘knowledge questions’ that the students will answer within a fun, interactive and inclusive environment.

About us

At Pasadena Intermediate, students always come first. Our approach matches the needs of a 21st-century pupil, where students are at the centre of all learning. Our school continues to play an integral role in the Pt Chevalier community.

Use of funds

Our goal for the Fiesta is to raise funds to purchase furniture for our new classrooms and Library as well as additional staffing for enrichment programmes in order to support the learning needs of every student in our school.
