After overcoming our own difficult journeys, we founded RRR Organisations to help others find the strength to help themselves, just as we did. For the past four years, our mission has been to rebuild families, providing structure, stability, and teaching independence. We aim to support people in returning to their communities free from the grip of drugs, violence, and mental health struggles.

Today, we face a society overwhelmed by poverty, crime, debt, and broken homes, with more children being raised in state care. The values that once grounded us have been lost to a cycle of dependency. RRR has tirelessly worked to break this cycle—taking men off welfare, preventing further harm to victims, and guiding individuals toward careers, providing them with purpose and direction to stay out of prison.

Your donation will allow us to continue and expand our work by educating and training others to open Employment Hubs using the RRR Model. This model helps people learn, earn, and save, building lives of independence and dignity.

The RRR Model isn't about culture or religion—it’s about basic life skills, values taught by our elders and those with disabilities. It’s about rediscovering routine, self-worth, and, for many, a reconnection with their whakapapa and faith.
