Running a Marathon in memory of Daisy

Rotorua, Bay Of Plenty

In October last year, my dear friend Daisy Scott lost her battle with mental health. Leaving behind her husband Pete, and beautiful girls Olive (9) and Iris (5)

Daisy was a strong and passionate woman. An amazing Mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend. She was so much more than her darkest day, she bought love and light to so many and still does.

Daisy was planning on walking a marathon for suicide prevention and awareness. She never got to walk her marathon so I am going to run my first marathon in her honour at the Rotorua marathon on 6th May. Daisy loved raising her family here in Rotorua, Pete and the girls now live in Perth but Rotorua will always hold a special place in their hearts.

By donating you are helping to raise funds for Olive and Iris’ futures. So they can continue to grow into strong, young women without their mother by their side.
