Running for Tomorrow’s Champions

Whanganui delivered perfect weather for the Pak’n Save Whanganui 3 Bridges Marathon this year, and it was fantastic to see around 1,200 participants taking part - ranging from the kids’ 1.2 km dash to the full marathon.

I had a challenging race overall. I started strong but hit the wall in the final third, finishing in 2:58 and still securing second place overall.

I’m thrilled to share that $2,055 has been raised for the Mitre 10 MEGA Future Champions Trust through this Givealittle page. It’s a privilege to invest in the future of Whanganui’s young sporting stars.
