Russian Days 2017 is a festival organised by volunteers. It is a community event and we need your help to cover festival costs

Russian Days 2017 is an all day event. In order to organise it we need to cover the following:

- venue hire

- equipment (sound and light) hire

- cleaning services

- rubbish bins hire

- promotion (booklets, event posters, festival programme)

- fence hire

- water and snack for volunteers

- water and snack for performers

- photographer/videographer

- festival MC for the day

- sound technicians for the day

- signage (sign outside the venue, stage decoration)
