Sailing for All
We are fundraising to purchase two Hansa 303 boats for Sailability Otago Trust.
Dunedin, Otago
Three of the NZ Hansa Class Association's loan boats are in Broad Bay, Dunedin, helping Sailability Otago to get established. Hansa sailing boats' design features allow total novices of any ability to sail with little or no tuition, almost regardless of the conditions. This allows these boats to be safe and accessible with an experienced volunteer sailing buddy onboard. Check out our website to see these in action:

Currently, we are fundraising to purchase two of these Hansa boats for our charity to keep as our own. The total cost of two of these boats is $25,550.
About us
The Sailability Otago Trust enables Dunedin people with intellectual or physical disabilities to experience the adventure and freedom of sailing, encouraging mobility, self-confidence, and pride through achievements on the water.
Use of funds
The money raised will be used to purchase two new Hansa 303 boats from New Zealand Hansa Class Association.
