Sarah In Cambodia

Hello! Let me introduce you to an extraordinary human: Sarah, and also Dresses For Cambodia.

At the beginning of this year a community of women around New Zealand set out to hand-make 20+ dresses for street girls in Cambodia.

Between us we created over 100!

We did this so our good friend Sarah could deliver our dresses to an organisation in Cambodia who picks up street children and clothes, feeds and dresses them for the day. Usually the children are given soccer uniforms to wear. These children range from 1 year old to 8 years old, living on the Streets, with very little to their names.

Our friend Sarah has served in Cambodia for the past year, and after visiting family back in NZ is set to return in September 2015 indefinitely. Her heart and home is with the people of Cambodia.

Sarah is an exceptional human being who I have known for 8 years, she is selfless, generous, and an absolute gem of a person. I know the people of Cambodia are blessed to have her heart.

I wanted to send Sarah with the dresses, but also to bless her and take care of some of her financial costs. Being a missionary, she lives on very little and relies on the generosity of those supporting her. She has not asked for this page to be set up, but I know that through this gift we can encourage and bless the good work she is doing.

I hope through this page we can contribute to that support, and perhaps pay for her flights or ongoing financial needs while she serves indefinitely in Cambodia.
