Savage Reserve Market Start Up

Here at Savage Reserve in Palmerston North the community has been asking for a market & other events to happen as the council built the park on the idea that the community will have events and things to enjoy. Unfortunately the community feels let down so we decided to start up our own events but as many things in life we need help.

We need some start up funds to get items that will help us run our markets & events frequently & to help provide heaps of fun & entertainment.

The items we are needing for to start up are

- Generator (for DJs, bouncy castles & any other entertainment).

- Road Cones & Road Signs (for traffic management).

- Advertising (to get the word out so everyone can come & have a wonderful day).

- DJ & Entertainment Hire.

- Prizes (for the childrens competitions we will be running).

All items purchased will be owned by the savage reserve community for them to request and use at anytime they want (subject to availability).

If we happen to get cheaper prices or there is a sale on the items we require to start up the market and there is any funds left we will be putting those funds into the savage reserve trust where we are collecting funds to upgrade the reserve to allow the community to have a place to enjoy.
