    We did it Buddy is tonight in his forever home 🙏🙏😂😂

    He’s happy relaxed and is going to be very well looked after and loved and want for nothing.

    Thank you to everyone who supported us in this quest to make a change for Buddy

    The beautiful people at quarantine who looked after him so well and ALL OF YOU 💗💗 that were so generous with your support

    From visiting Buddy and watching out for him whist visiting in Rarotonga

      We are so rapt with Buddy. Cannot thankyou enough for the fund raising which got the $s to get him here. Then all your time spent ,Brenda, on chasing all the businesses and government departments which were needed to get Buddy into NZ. Your time and commitment knows no bounds

      Buddy is a real cool dog. He is dozing in the sun at the moment. Had a walk around Howick this morning , will get him on the beach tomorrow.

      Very friendly when we meet another dog.

      I think he will settle in nicely and forget his roaming in Raro.

    Hi all I have contacted the SPCA in Rarotonga re Buddy’s blood test results

  • Happy Buddy

    Buddy is now at the SPCA house and we have a pet Transporter Micheal and Tony from the SPCA working together to get Buddy to NZ

    First step is a blood test he has to pass

    Blood is taken and sent to Australia to be tested to make sure he’s ok to come into NZ

    And as soon as I hear I will let you all know

    Meantime Buddy’s happy being spoilt and enjoying treats

    We smashed our goal and I have been in contact with Tony from the SPCA and he is going to send me an e mail with paperwork and steps to start the process to getting Buddy to Nz

    The Rarotongan newspaper contacted me yesterday and they are running an article on Buddy and all the good work of our supporters that made this possible

    As we made about 7500😮 all extra funds will be donated to the SPCA Rarotonga

    Thank you for all the amazing support donations that have allowed us to get to our Goal of getting Buddy to NZ

    Your all amazing people and a wonderful community

    Will update as I get more information about Buddy

    It’s a process 3 months so will keep you updated

    We have just had a donation from a lovely lady $500 to get Buddy to NZ and his forever home 💚🙏

    I have just done an interview with STUFF they will run a story on our cause
