Is there any talk of going back on Seven Sharp with an update? I can only imagine how overwhelmed you must be by the incredible generosity of Kiwis supporting your amazing business. Reaching $500K is extraordinary. It's a wonderful reminder of what can happen when we all "Give a Little." Congratulations!

I must say the outpouring of support we’ve had from the public; our customers and suppliers is a little overwhelming and very humbling. Kiwis are a bloody amazing lot. We are just letting this sink in for now, but we will be reaching out in the future to say thank you to Seven Sharp.

Have you thought about increasing your range of products? In the Netherlands they make park benches from recycled plastic, it doesn't rot and can't be set alight.
Planter boxes, ornamental light posts garden edging instead of wooden beams that rot, garden staircase steps. There are many items from wood that can be replaced with you recycled plastic.
Your business must survive, it's a niche market that saves the planet. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been saving my soft plastics for years and dropping them off religiously at Woolworths Quay Street AK. Was devastated to hear this news and would be lost as to what to do with my waste plastic if you don’t get on your feet again. I’m giving a little now and a bit more next week when my benefit comes in. I am a massive fan of what you do. Please don’t give up. New Zealand and our environment needs you!
My question is: at what point is soft plastic no longer ‘soft’ plastic and becomes of no use to you? Do you treat bubble wrap?

Thank you for your Support Antonia, glad that you have been recycling your soft plastics. At future post we can use all soft plastic our process allows for a small amount of contamination but this isn't the case for other recyclers best to check out https://www.recycling.kiwi.nz/ for more information. Yes we can take Bubble wrap and you can drop it off at the soft plastic bins.

Morning Felicity, all the funds will be used to help us recover, the target is what we need to get free from all the clean-up costs, but every little bit goes a long way to helping us get back on our feet.
